iOS installation without an app store
iOS users cannot sideload APKs, but we support a full-featured web app. Open Safari, navigate to qqkartel.id, and tap the Share button. Select "Add to Home Screen," name it "qqkartel," and tap Add. The icon appears on your home screen; tapping it launches our web app in full-screen mode, bypassing the browser address bar. This method works on iOS 12 and later. You receive push notifications and offline cache benefits just as Android users do.

Our native Android app and iOS web app offer features you won't get in a standard browser tab. Offline cache stores recent tournament schedules, game lists, and account info—so you can browse offline and sync when reconnected. Our qqkartel Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most phones released in the past seven years meet this threshold. The app uses 80–120 MB of storage for installation; offline cache can grow to 200 MB over time as you download game assets. We support all Android phones sold in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. iOS web app requires iOS 12 or later; iPhone 6S and newer are fully supported. We test qqkartel regularly on the latest OS releases to ensure compatibility.
Common installation issues and how to fix them
If your Android device says "This app is not compatible with your device," check your OS version—go to Settings → About Phone → Android version. If it shows Android 6 or lower, we cannot support installation yet. If you see a certificate warning during download, this is normal for direct APK downloads outside the Play Store. Our APK is signed with our official certificate; tap "Install anyway" or "Continue" to proceed. Some devices block unknown-source installations by default. Go to Settings → Apps → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps, find your browser or file manager, and toggle on. For iOS, if the home-screen web app won't load, clear your Safari cache: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data. Then re-add qqkartel to your home screen. If push notifications don't arrive, check Settings → Notifications → qqkartel and ensure notifications are allowed.
Data, permissions, and account security on qqkartel
When you install qqkartel, we ask for permission to access your phone's internet and storage. We do not access your contacts, camera, or call logs. Your account credentials (username and password) are encrypted before transmission; we use HTTPS and certificate pinning to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks. Your withdrawal and payment data is encrypted at rest on our servers. We run regular security audits. If you lose your phone, your qqkartel account remains secure because we require your password to log in on any new device.
